Real estate program

We participated in the Joia Meridia construction site installed on the French Riviera. The site brings together a mix of quality housing, attractive local shops, generous and lively public spaces, cultural and artistic life. Joia Méridia will offer 51,300 m2 of housing and 1,220 private and public parking spots.

• Our teams worked on 2 zones: the North zone (3 cranes) 18 628 m2 of floor and 3 015 ml of beams and the South zone (2 cranes) 8 818 m2 of floor and 1 634 ml of beams
• South Zone : 1400 m2 of altradal and 60 formwork tables (120 ml (2m*2m)
• North zone : 2100 m2 of altradal and 90 formwork tables (180 ml (2 ml * 2 ml) and approximately 150 ml of edge formwork for beams with less than 30 cm fallout;
• The safety of the works is carried out with mesh safety barriers ou safetyplast barriers.

For ten months, about twenty of our companions work on the project.

An edge formwork solution was installed on the SECUTABLE EVO formwork tables, the difficulty of the operation lay in the linear of the beams to be produced (4.7 kilometers).

Guillaume Duvillers, our works manager explains to us : "We have thought about and optimized equipment more ergonomic and faster to set up than traditional equipment, specific tables prefabricated in the workshop. Handling on the site using a stacker. We designed and created a tool (edge formwork) which allowed us to have a simpler and faster rotation than standard formwork, no crossing rods, only simple fixing and lateral assembly."
