JOIA MERIDIA - Real estate development programme

In 2022, we participated in the Joia Meridia construction project on the French Riviera. The project combines high-quality housing, attractive local shops, spacious and lively public areas, and cultural and artistic life. In 2024, we will continue our participation in this ambitious project.

This time, our teams were on site to install high-rise shoring for the construction of two residential buildings.

For the first building:

• 38 tonnes of HD320 shoring towers, over 38 metres high,
  13 tonnes of STAFLEX shoring towers,
  14 tonnes of Altradal slab formwork for the installation of the floor slab.

For the second building:

• 48 tonnes of STAFLEX shoring towers for floor design
  13 tonnes of STAFLEX shoring towers for balcony design
  17 tonnes of Altradal slab formwork for the construction of the floor slab

A total of 143 tonnes of equipment was delivered and used on this large-scale project.
