LinkLab is the creation of a set of connected buildings in the Cassine district in Chambéry. LinkLab will offer connected offices or coworking spaces for rental to small, medium and large companies, or start-ups.
This work of almost 10,000m² of offices, includes two buildings with curved front combining glass and steel. This will be the first real estate complex to come out of the ground, on the future Cassine business park. We had the pleasure of participating in this project alongside our client Legendre. In total, we delivered 78 tons of equipment for this project.
- The infrastructure area: we carried out near 3,300m² of formwork for slabs in Altradal (from December to February, rate 400m²/week): we adapted to the curved shape of the building to form from 3.2 to 4 meters in height.
- The superstructure area: we carried out around 12,000m² of formwork, using ASE 120 towers (100 units + aluH16 beam). We have also adapted to the curved shape of the building to form 3.3 to 4 meters high with a rate of 400m²/week.
- High-rise equipment of 15 meters was present : ASE 210 shoring tower with H16 aluminum beam.
- We have also designed 8 material recipes to save space for material storage and for sub-trades deliveries. These materials recipes were carried out on an ASE 120 shoring tower and on tenor platforms.
We thank our client Legendre for his trust.
CUSTOMER VOICE
We enjoyed working with the Altrad Formwork & Shoring teams. This is the first time that we have used the assembly service for the slab formwork part and we were satisfied with the work of the teams. The site teams were very efficient and responsive. Altrad products have been able to adapt to the technical constraints of curved buildings.
