ALTRAD Formwork & Etaiement provides you with its sales department and design office located in each of its branches, to ensure your site a personalized follow-up from the study to its completion while preserving an essential regional proximity to the expected level of service. This technical assistance ensures the optimization of the material and financial resources necessary to carry out your projects.
Our sales representative act as a link between the site and the office and have an advisory role. They work on site for all explanations and demonstrations on the use of the equipment.
Our wide range of products allows us to offer most of the needs of a structural work site, in shoring, horizontal and vertical formwork, collective safety, platforms, and this up to special metal formwork.
Design offices
Our design offices carry out the complete and detailed technical study and provide you with the useful plans for the implementation of the equipment:
- Consideration of your needs, choice of the most efficient type of equipment
- Calibration, optimization, calculation note.
- Drawing, 2D or 3D if necessary.
- Determination of the appropriate material nomenclatures
- Quotation for rent, sale, or sale with purchase sometimes.
Our design offices will provide the best product advice for your project, while respecting your budget requirements.
Operations department
Our operations departments manage the distribution, packaging and delivery of the equipment. We supervise the receipt of goods, the organization of stocks and the preparation of all orders. We plan and follow the delivery route to your destination in France or abroad. Our various depots in France provide a local service.
Our rental fleet management system integrated is very efficient and allows us to rent our equipment in a serene manner with impeccable traceability and in complete transparency towards our customers. We own 20,000 tons of equipment and manage a delivery and return flow of 8,500 tons per month.
Assembly department
We offer our customers the assembly of our products, especially our shoring towers, thanks to our qualified site teams. This allows for:
- an optimization of project management,
- a real time saving and a better management of assembly times,
- a real expertise on the assembly of the product.
We offer coaching and monitoring assistance if the customer wishes to implement our solutions by his own teams.
