🔧 Coffrage Services is a workshop specializing in the maintenance, repair and overhaul of formwork and shoring equipment. It is a strategic hub where teams intervene on a wide range of products, from the frames making up shoring towers to slab formwork panels, not forgetting banches. This service is designed to meet the specific needs of each worksite, optimizing the durability and quality of the equipment used.
Three key areas of intervention:
1. Repair of all types of equipment
The service covers all equipment in the rental fleet, whether aluminum or steel. Interventions include welding, cleaning and sanding operations, as well as replacement of spare parts and woodwork. The logistics process includes inbound and outbound material flows, with each piece of equipment carefully tracked.
2. Formwork maintenance
The department also takes care of formwork maintenance, carrying out welding work, overhauling formwork skins, cleaning, replacing defective parts and painting edges. The workshop also prepares the equipment for future projects, ensuring that it is in perfect working order. At the end of each job, the equipment is returned to the workshop to be overhauled and ready for new uses.
3. National and international sales
Coffrage Services also manages the flow of materials for sales, both nationally and internationally. This includes receiving material from suppliers, checking quality, and preparing shipments for customers, whether for domestic sales or export. The teams ensure that shipments are optimized, particularly with regard to containers, for efficient and secure transport.
👷♂️ A versatile, responsive team
The Coffrage Service workshop relies on a team of 8 qualified people, with a high degree of versatility. Each member of the team is trained to work in all positions, ensuring maximum flexibility to cope with unforeseen absences or peak workloads.
Among these 8 people, 2 order pickers/carists also play a key role in managing material flows, and can intervene on equipment repairs if necessary. Their ability to multi-task ensures smooth, responsive service for all customers.
Coffrage Services is managed by Olivier Vaidie, and team members include :
- Emilie, in charge of sales administration (ADV), managing orders, timekeeping and other administrative tasks related to the department, and relay/assistant to O.VAIDIE.
- Mahmoud, workshop manager, who supervises all operations and ensures the efficiency of the workshop and equipment pool, and specializes in loading/unloading containers on the overhead crane (OT containers),
- Yann, forklift operator and order picker, specialized in loading/unloading equipment in containers with access ramps.
- Alain.N, specialist in steel and aluminum welding, repairing and overhauling equipment. specialist in loading/unloading containers on overhead cranes (OT containers).
- Cheikh, specialist in steel and aluminum welding, with particular expertise in banches.
- Mor, also specializing in steel welding and formwork.
- Alain.S, expert in steel and aluminum welding, with a specialization in shoring and a wide range of items.
- Andréas, forklift operator and order picker, providing additional support in material flow management.
